Block 1:
Taz begins today’s show by discussing the rumoured backstage heat on Enzo Amore. He says this discussion is really starting to bother him because he went through a similar thing in WWE years ago. Similar reports were circulating about him at that time, but he didn’t have heat with anyone. He points out that it only takes one disgruntled person backstage who has the ear of a dirt sheet writer, and all of a sudden their opinions become fact.
Taz continues by saying that just because a talent might have some issues with other people in the locker room, that doesn’t mean that they have heat with the company. It’s obvious to Taz that Vince McMahon and people under McMahon like Amore because he’s on television all the time. Taz predicts Amore will be the next Cruiserweight Champion.
A listener calls into the show and says that he really liked the personalized vignettes for each woman in the Mae Young Classic. Taz hasn’t watched the first four episodes on demand yet, but he agrees with the caller in saying that vignettes are a tremendous way to introduce new talents to viewers at home. Vignettes help build the characters and creates a relationship between the performers and the fans.
