TNA’s Genesis event is shaping up to be an absolute must-see, with several explosive matches added to the card after this week’s episode of Impact. Scheduled for January 19th in Garland, Texas, and airing live on PPV and TNA+, Genesis just turned the heat up with some new announcements.
Among the newly announced matches, TNA fans are fired up for a personal grudge match between Tessa Blanchard and Jordynne Grace. Blanchard, fresh off her shocking return to the company, wasted no time targeting Grace, reigniting tensions that have been simmering since her controversial exit in 2020. TNA official Santino Marella didn’t waste any time either, officially booking the two for what’s sure to be an emotional clash.
Also joining the Genesis lineup is Josh Alexander taking on Mike Santana. Alexander, a proven powerhouse in TNA, faces Santana in what promises to be a physically intense showdown.
These new matches add to an already stacked card that includes major title fights, like Nic Nemeth defending the TNA World Heavyweight Championship against Joe Hendry. The Hardys are also set to challenge The Rascalz for the TNA World Tag Team Titles, while Masha Slamovich and Rosemary bring their unique intensity to a Clockwork Orange Match for the TNA Knockouts Championship.
Rounding out the card, Moose defends the TNA X-Division Championship against Ace Austin, and the Knockouts World Tag Team Championship will see Spitfire take on Ash By Elegance & Heather By Elegance.
Genesis is bringing the heat with this updated lineup, promising unforgettable matches and stories that fans can’t wait to see unfold.
