Seth Rollins Clarifies Viral “Two Jackets” Moment from WWE RAW

Seth Rollins is known for his outlandish outfits and unique sense of style since fans always expect him to wear something new on WWE television. Sometimes it leads to hilarious moments and Rollins has now clarified one particular viral moment on RAW concerning a blue jacket.

While speaking in an interview with Chris Van Vliet, Seth Rollins addressed the moment from the October 28 episode of WWE RAW, where fans noticed what appeared to be him wearing two identical blue jackets on top of each other, and it became a viral sensation.

Rollins explained that during his entrance, he wore a blue outfit that included a blue vest over a matching shirt. As he made his way to face Bronson Reed, he ripped off the vest, but because of how similar the vest and shirt looked, it gave the illusion he was wearing two jackets.

Rollins stated that the lighting and lack of shadows made it hard to tell they were separate pieces, leading to confusion among viewers. Many compared the moment to the Sting mask meme, where someone appears to remove one mask only to reveal an identical one underneath.

“I had this blue outfit with the blue vest on and I took the vest off, ripped it off and it just looked like I had the same, like it looked like two jackets, you know? But, it wasn’t. It was a vest and a shirt, but it just looked like two jackets because you couldn’t see the shadows from the vest, so I ripped that off on my way to fight Bronson Reed. People were like, ‘He just took off a jacket and is wearing the same jacket underneath. Yeah, it looked like the Sting mask meme with the face paint.”

Seth Rollins’ “two blue jackets” moment shows how even small details can become viral sensations in the world of professional wrestling. Regardless, we’ll have to see whether Rollins will have similar moments in 2025 as it’s clear he wants to wear more outlandish outfits every time.
