Rey Mysterio Shares Beer with Hulk Hogan Backstage Despite Backlash on RAW Netflix Debut

Hulk Hogan has always been skilled at grabbing attention, whether it’s for good or bad reasons. During his appearance on WWE RAW’s Netflix debut on January 6, fans reacted with loud boos at every single word Hogan said. Despite the negative response, it appears that Rey Mysterio shared beers with Hogan backstage at the show.

Real American Beer’s Instagram account took to the social media platform and uploaded a video of Rey Mysterio and Hulk Hogan sharing some beers backstage on RAW. Rey Mysterio called themselves legends and clearly had a good time with Hogan. Mysterio complimented the beer and said he loves Hogan as well. This is despite the fact that Hogan got so much backlash during the show, so some fans found it odd how Mysterio could do such a thing.

It was previously reported that WWE had considered turning Hulk Hogan into a heel for his next television appearance. If fans continue to boo him, Hogan is ready to fully embrace the role and lean into being a heel.

Regardless, we’ll have to wait and see when Hulk Hogan will return to television and start a new storyline. Despite the negative reception he received during RAW this week, many fans are still eager to see him involved in an angle.
