Marshall Von Erich is ready to step back into the ring after months on the sidelines. The third-generation wrestling star revealed on The Claw podcast that he’s officially 100% recovered from the partial pec tear that has kept him out of action since September 2024.

“I’m 100%,” Marshall confirmed when asked about his recovery. “I was hurt. I was hurt in September; I partially ripped my pec. Ross and I have been training like crazy. Honestly, I feel like I’m in the best shape I’ve ever felt. I needed to lose some weight anyway. I was getting pretty heavy. I was just bulking up and overdoing it to a point where my muscles were getting really tense. It’s good for me to be a little lighter so I can stretch and be flexible because I’m naturally a pretty stiff person.”

Despite Marshall’s injury, he and his brother Ross Von Erich have continued to hold the ROH Six-Man Tag Team Titles alongside Dustin Rhodes. While the Von Erichs haven’t been competing during his recovery, the championship reign has kept them in the spotlight as fans await their return to action.

The announcement of Marshall’s recovery comes hot on the heels of the brothers’ major career milestone. Ross and Marshall recently confirmed they’ve officially signed with AEW, bringing their iconic family name to Tony Khan’s wrestling empire. This deal also solidifies their future in Ring of Honor, where they’ve built a reputation as a dominant force.
