Sheamus has been with WWE for many years, and fans have watched him go through several changes, especially in his presentation. One of these changes was his old theme song being replaced and now it appears Sheamus has claimed WWE didn’t let him keep his old theme song.
While speaking to Chris Van Vliet, Sheamus talked about bringing back his original WWE theme song “Written In My Face” last year during the April 15th episode of Monday Night RAW but WWE quickly changed it again.
Sheamus admitted he misses the song and acknowledged that many fans were upset about the change, claiming that WWE did not allow him to keep the original theme song. Sheamus expressed frustration about the situation and seemed uninterested in continuing to push for its return.
“I do miss that song, though. A lot of people were upset, but I brought it back. You know, I wasn’t allowed to keep it. Maybe—I don’t know, man. You want to go and ask? You go ask. I’m tired of asking.”
While Sheamus stays focused on his matches and storylines, fans still hope WWE will bring back his beloved old theme song. However, the Celtic Warrior has made it clear he won’t be the one to push for its return. Therefore, fans shouldn’t expect the theme song to return anytime soon, if ever again for that matter.
