Stephanie McMahon has played a crucial role in WWE for many years but she hasn’t been involved with the company in a backstage capacity in two years. While there’s no indication that will change yet, McMahon will be present for RAW’s debut on Netflix tonight and she has now sent a heartfelt message ahead of the show.
Stephanie McMahon took to Twitter and shared her excitement about tonight’s special episode of Monday Night RAW on Netflix as she commented on the cold open for the upcoming show.
McMahon praised her husband Triple H, Nick Khan, WWE Superstars, fans, and everyone involved for their hard work in making this happen. She pointed out that this is a big moment, as RAW becomes the first regularly live-streamed show on Netflix, making history for WWE.
“I’m so proud, I’m crying ❤️ Congratulations @TripleH , Nick Khan, all @WWE Superstars, fans, employees and crew past and present. Tonight, we make history again by becoming the first-ever regularly live streamed program on @netflix #WWEonNetflix @TKOGrp”
Triple H even hinted at Stephanie McMahon making more appearances on WWE television as part of the Netflix era, which is something fans have been clamoring for a long time now.
WWE is sparing no effort to make the debut episode of Monday Night RAW on Netflix one of the most remarkable in the show’s history. Fans can look forward to plenty of exciting announcements and unexpected moments throughout the evening.
