He is no longer taking chemo, and his cancer was stage 4 when diagnosed in 2022.” They also shared that this is a time for family, saying, “Immediate family comes first, but we’ll update fans when we can. We love you all!”
The post also noted that it’s now too late to send autograph requests but thanked fans for their continued prayers and love. The family reassured everyone that Bart is being kept “comfortable and pain-free” during this time.

Linda added, “He’s prayed up and ready to go. He’s ready to meet his maker, so it’s a win-win situation. When it’s time to go to heaven, he knows where he’s going.”
