Vanessa Hudgens added some star power to WWE SmackDown on January 3rd, stepping into the ring for a post-show moment that fans won’t forget.

The “High School Musical” star was in attendance at the Footprint Center in Phoenix, Arizona, where she showed love to WWE Women’s United States Champion Chelsea Green during the broadcast. But it was what happened after the cameras stopped rolling that stole the spotlight.

Following SmackDown’s conclusion, Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes hit the ring to rescue Sami Zayn, Jimmy Uso, and Jey Uso from The Bloodline (Solo Sikoa, Jacob Fatu, and Tama Tonga). As the dust settled, Rhodes welcomed Hudgens into the ring for a crowd-pleasing “yeet” moment. With the crowd on their feet, Hudgens joined the Usos, Rhodes, and Zayn for a celebratory group yeet, leaving fans roaring with excitement.

This isn’t Hudgens’ first WWE cameo. Back in November, she acknowledged Roman Reigns during an episode of Raw and even met Bianca Belair backstage. The post-show “yeet” is quickly becoming a beloved SmackDown tradition, following a December 27th segment where Braun Strowman, Sami Zayn, and Jey Uso shared a similar moment with Bray Wyatt and Brodie Lee’s children.
