AEW decided to bring out the big guns for the January 1st edition of Dynamite, as Tony Khan wanted to ensure the show had a solid start. This is because the show had tons of production changes, and now the internal reaction to the production improvements have been revealed.

According to a report by Fightful Select, there were quite a few people who were very pleased with the production of the January 1st edition of Dynamite. It’s not hard to see why as fans noticed the different in quality of production.

One of the biggest changes was undoubtedly the lights, as the lighting in the front row section of the crowds was not dimmed out like before but instead it was very bright, giving the show a more likely presentation.

It was also reported that Warner Bros. Discovery told AEW that the Cincinnati Dynamite episode needed to be a major one for advertising purposes. This led to the inclusion of a world title match and the special “Maximum Carnage” branding.
