Gabe Kidd, known for his brash attitude and strong allegiance to Bullet Club War Dogs, isn’t exactly making new friends in AEW. During a recent chat with Fightful’s Sean Ross Sapp, Kidd didn’t hold back when asked if he was fond of anyone in AEW. His surprising answer? “The Rizzler.”
But the admiration didn’t last long. When the conversation shifted to the idea of Bobby Lashley potentially bringing The Rizzler into The Hurt Syndicate, Kidd immediately backtracked, making it clear The Rizzler wouldn’t be welcomed into his War Dogs faction.
“He can’t join the War Dogs,” Kidd stated. “I’d slap the snot out of his nose, to be fair. I’d beat up The Rizzler in a minute. I’d steal his Instagram and change it to GabeKidd01115. I’ll fight The Rizzler and steal his Instagram account.”
For someone who rarely has anything nice to say about anyone outside Bullet Club, that might actually be one of the least hostile things Kidd has ever said. Still, it’s clear Kidd has no intention of rolling out the welcome mat for The Rizzler anytime soon.
As for The Rizzler, the mysterious figure continues to spark chatter both in AEW and beyond. Whether this war of words escalates into something more remains to be seen, but with Kidd’s fiery personality, anything is possible.
