Chelsea Green’s reign as the first-ever Women’s United States Champion has already stirred up plenty of drama, and Sonya Deville is making sure her voice is heard. Following the December 27 episode of WWE SmackDown, Sonya took to Instagram Stories to address an unusual stunt involving her former tag team partner.

In the video, Deville showed off a Chelsea Green pin that someone had been sneaking into her pocket backstage. Clearly fed up, Sonya didn’t hold back. “Look at this,” she began, her tone dripping with sarcasm. “People have been going around all day trying to stick a Chelsea Green pin in my pocket. No, you had your chance to be by my side, and you lost it. So, do you want to know what I think about this? You want to know what I think about Chelsea and her United States Championship?”

Without missing a beat, Sonya ripped the pin in half, dramatically pulling off the hairpiece attached to it before delivering her final, brutal mic drop. “Bye, b***h,” she said with a smile, perfectly punctuating her fiery takedown.

Chelsea Green, of course, has been living her best life since her championship win, hosting an over-the-top celebration on SmackDown that included a speech channeling Lady Liberty herself. Piper Niven was on hand to introduce Green in grand fashion, but the festivities were cut short when Michin stormed the ring with a kendo stick, sending a clear message that she’s not done chasing the gold.

Sonya Deville’s reaction underscores just how polarizing Green’s title reign has become. Whether it’s her confidence, her antics, or her growing list of rivals, Chelsea Green is turning heads—and clearly getting under some skin.
