While speaking during the AEW Worlds End media call, Jon Alba asked Tony Khan if Ricky Starks would be part of AEW’s plans for 2025. Khan responded by saying, “You never know who will be part of the mother of all simulcasts,” as he simply didn’t provide a direct answer about Starks’ status.

Ricky Starks announced that he will debut at House of Glory’s “Final Warning” event on January 25 in New York City. This follows his removal from several GCW shows earlier this year, which came after controversial comments made by Effy about AEW President Tony Khan and his father, Shad Khan, causing a lot of backlash.

Starks has already expressed uncertainty about his future in AEW, with no clear signs of when or if he will return. His contract is set to expire soon, and fans are wondering whether he will stay with AEW or explore other opportunities.
