Charlotte Flair was taken out of action as she was sidelined with a serious knee injury over a year ago. Since her hiatus from the company, her husband, Andrade, has returned to WWE, and she’s very happy about that. So, she will be coming back to a much different roster, but she is apparently in great shape for that comeback.
As of September, Charlotte Flair was still awaiting her medical clearance to make a return to action, although there are some creative ideas. That was several months ago, and things are looking much better for her comeback at this point.
Dave Meltzer reported on Charlotte Flair in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter. People who saw her recently said she looked “lighter” and in great shape. Flair’s return is expected soon, but it wasn’t noted when that will happen. She has been training for her comeback to the ring as well.
Although we don’t have an exact time to expect Charlotte Flair’s WWE return, there are some big dates on the table. The RAW brand will make their Netflix debut on January 6, 2025, and that will be a huge night that could provide an excellent landing pad for The Queen’s return.
The 2025 Royal Rumble event is also set to take place at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis, Indiana on Saturday, February 1. Of course, the Royal Rumble is a yearly event that usually sees a surprise or two, and Charlotte Flair’s comeback could be in the cards.
WWE may also see it as ideal if Charlotte Flair is able to make her return to WWE by the road to WrestleMania 41. After all, there are a lot of possibilities and big match situations that WWE could write for Flair, because the WWE women’s division has seen some big players rise up their ranks since her injury hiatus started.
