AEW secured the new multi-year media rights deal with Warner Bros. Discovery earlier this year and fans can expect to see a lot of solid content on MAX in 2025. In fact, it appears that AEW content has already begun appearing on MAX before its official launch.
Starting January 1, AEW shows will be available live and on-demand on MAX, while still airing on TBS and TNT. This is a big step for AEW, giving fans more ways to watch than ever. The excitement kicks off with AEW Dynamite: Fight for the Fallen, airing live on TBS and Max at 8 p.m. ET.
Fans expected AEW content to show up on the MAX streaming platform starting January 1, 2025. However, it seems AEW’s weekly shows like Dynamite and Collision are already appearing in the MAX catalog. Additionally, recent pay-per-views like All Out, Forbidden Door, All In, Double or Nothing, Revolution, and more are also part of the catalog.
It was also announced that, as part of the deal, Max subscribers will get access to the full AEW library, which includes over 700 hours of content. This features classic AEW Dynamite episodes, pay-per-views, and recent 2024 episodes. Fans can revisit AEW’s early days from 2019 or catch up on the latest events as they happen. On top of that, AEW’s pay-per-view events will be added to Max later in 2025, with more details on pricing and distribution to come.
The partnership between AEW and Warner Bros. Discovery is truly a game-changer, giving fans more access to the action than ever before. With live events and a huge collection of past content on MAX, AEW is set to grow its audience and strengthen its position as a major force in sports entertainment.
