Ric Flair has been part of many legendary stables throughout his long and successful career, but none hold the same iconic status as the Four Horsemen. Recently, Flair opened up about his current relationship with the Horsemen, reflecting on the bond they share.
While speaking on Busted Open Radio, Ric Flair revealed his current relationship with the Four Horsemen, notably Arn Anderson, Tully Blanchard and Barry Windham. He mentioned that he doesn’t see them often enough to maintain a close relationship. Flair shared that he recently texted Arn Anderson about a loss, presumably his stepson Sebastian Kidder.
While Ric Flair sees the others at events, he now lives in Tampa, making it harder to stay in regular contact. He also noted that Barry Windham prefers to stay home and take care of his mother, Julie.
“I don’t see them enough to have a relationship. I did text Arn about the loss recently. When I see them at events, but I live in Tampa now. Barry just likes to stay home. He takes care of his mom Julie.”
Flair’s comments show that even though time has passed and their lives have changed, the Four Horsemen still respect and care for each other. Whether it’s offering sympathy or staying in touch at events, their legacy is definitely alive, even if they are living separate lives now. Even then, some fans feel it’s a shame they don’t have a close relationship right now.
