Dustin Rhodes has officially put the speculation to rest—he’s not going anywhere. The wrestling legend announced on social media that he has signed a new multi-year deal with All Elite Wrestling, ensuring his storied career will end as part of the AEW family.
Rhodes didn’t hold back his gratitude, thanking AEW President Tony Khan for the opportunities he’s been given since joining the promotion. “Today I have signed a new multi-year contract with AEW,” Rhodes shared. “I want to thank my boss Tony Khan for every opportunity he has given me. Since coming here and being an original since inception, I have truly had the time of my life.”
Known as one of AEW’s most experienced and respected stars, Rhodes has been a major force both in the ring and behind the scenes. Despite his veteran status, 2024 saw him wrestling more matches than any year since 2020, making it one of his busiest years yet. Beyond his in-ring accomplishments, Rhodes has been a vital mentor to AEW’s younger talent, particularly in the women’s division, where his guidance has been pivotal.
Rhodes is currently a dual champion, holding the ROH Tag Team Titles alongside Sammy Guevara and the ROH Six-Man Tag Titles with Marshall and Ross Von Erich. His decision to stay with AEW solidifies his role as one of the company’s most influential figures.
With this new chapter locked in, fans are eager to see what’s next for “The Natural” as he continues to build his legacy in AEW.
