With WWE Raw set to debut on Netflix in just weeks, talent are still left with unanswered questions about what the new era will look like. For months, Raw has aired as a two-hour show due to WWE’s temporary extension with USA Network, bridging the gap to its move to Netflix after their deal was originally set to end in October 2024.

However, at the final Raw before Christmas, talent weren’t given concrete details about how long the show will remain on Netflix or if it will stick with the two-hour format. Sources told Fightful Select that Netflix’s lack of “hard outs” provides flexibility, but specifics remain unclear.

“When Fightful has asked over the last number of months, we haven’t got an answer. One source inside WWE did note that Netflix has no hard outs, and it appears there will be plenty of flexibility. “

Meanwhile, SmackDown has already been confirmed as a three-hour show, leaving fans and performers alike wondering if Raw will follow suit. With talent currently enjoying their Christmas break, questions about the future of Raw’s runtime remain unanswered.
