TNA wrestling standout Hammerstone has revealed when he’ll be heading into surgery, marking a pivotal moment in his recovery journey. The star, who recently disclosed a knee injury that has sidelined him for weeks, took to Twitter to share the update with fans.
“Welp… Surgery is tomorrow so I spent today doing just about every exercise I could think of as I’m gonna be bedridden and out for a bit,” Hammerstone wrote, adding a personal touch about his current emotions. “I’m not gonna lie… I have terrible anxiety and am really nervous about everything, but I am extremely determined to rehab and be back!”
Hammerstone’s injury news first broke after he announced he’d be missing TNA’s Final Resolution, leaving partner Jake Something to compete solo in their scheduled triple threat tag match. The knee injury, which now requires surgery—the first of Hammerstone’s career—has left fans concerned about his future in the ring.
Despite his nerves, Hammerstone remains focused on a swift recovery. “Hopefully, it’s looking like it will be just a minor procedure. I should be back in the ring in not much more than a couple of weeks,” he shared in an earlier update.
Hammerstone’s absence comes at a critical time for TNA, where his explosive in-ring style has been instrumental in building momentum for the brand. His determination to recover and return quickly has given fans hope for his comeback, but the upcoming surgery adds a layer of uncertainty.
