Chris Jericho has done it all in professional wrestling, but that doesn’t mean he’s slowing down. The ROH World Champion shared his vision for the rest of his career during an interview with TMZ, where he emphasized his passion for creating unforgettable moments for fans.
“I mean, it’s just to continue to do memorable things and to create new memories for people and continue to evolve in this business that I’ve been in love with since I was a teenager,” Jericho said. “If you’re looking at facts and figures, there’s really nothing left to accomplish for me. If you’re looking for just continuing to enjoy what I’m doing and create, like I said, cool moments for people to remember and cheer for or boo for, whatever it may be. That’s basically what I have left to accomplish.”
Jericho made it clear that he takes every performance seriously, always aiming to give fans their money’s worth. “I don’t take anything lightly and I don’t phone anything in or half-ass anything,” he added.
He explained his commitment to delivering top-tier performances, especially during the holiday season. “Anytime I accept, like I said earlier, if this is your mission, if you choose to accept it, well, you better give a thousand percent. Cause that’s what people are paying their hard-earned money for, especially before Christmas. I want to give them, you know, an early Christmas present and a show that they can remember.”
Jericho most recently defended his ROH World Championship against Matt Cardona at Final Battle, showcasing exactly the kind of passion and energy he’s known for.
Jericho’s dedication to delivering unforgettable moments proves why he’s still a cornerstone of professional wrestling. With a career spanning decades, he’s not just maintaining his legacy—he’s expanding it.
