Wrestling legend Kevin Nash has given fans a raw look at his post-surgery recovery. On December 21, the WWE Hall of Famer took to Instagram to share a graphic photo from his recent procedure to repair a torn bicep and shoulder, giving his followers an unfiltered glimpse into the aftermath.
“16 days ago had my shoulder and bicep repaired. On the mend. Heading to the gym to train my right side this afternoon,” Nash wrote in the caption.
He went on to explain his recovery strategy, revealing a shift to a carnivore diet to maintain his physique while recovering. “Have basically went carnivore to keep the fat off. Already dropped 12 lbs of muscle and water. No matter how many times you go through this, it’s always a mind f***. Slow and easy wins this battle.”
The photo showed the extent of Nash’s injuries and the work done during the surgery, a procedure that stretched to three and a half hours after doctors uncovered additional damage. Alongside the torn bicep, Nash previously shared on his Kliq This podcast that surgeons repaired a full-thickness supraspinatus tear and removed bone spurs, cysts, and impingements in the process.
Kevin Nash is proving once again why he’s a true warrior, both in and out of the ring. Sharing the brutal realities of his recovery, he’s showing fans that even legends have to fight their way back—one slow and steady step at a time. Love him or hate him, Big Sexy’s resilience is inspiring, and we’re all waiting to see how he comes out of this stronger than ever.
