Nikki Garcia is getting real about the emotional toll of her split from Dancing With the Stars pro Artem Chigvintsev. The former WWE superstar, whom wrestled as Nikki Bella, broke her silence on her The Nikki & Brie Show podcast, sharing raw reflections on how she’s coping post-divorce.

“In our strongest moments, we definitely have, then, super weak moments,” Nikki admitted on the December 15 episode. “We just have to figure out how we get through that. What do we do, and who do we need to lean on?”

Nikki’s comments come just weeks after settling the divorce and mutually dropping restraining orders with Artem. Their separation followed a turbulent few months that included allegations from both sides and Artem’s arrest in August for suspected domestic violence—a charge that was ultimately dropped.

The Total Bellas alum revealed that she’s been using this difficult chapter as a chance to reflect and grow. “I’ve had bad things happen to me,” she shared. “It made me really sit and be like, ‘Why have all these things happened to me?’ But what I’ve realized now is when things come my way and they’re not right or they’re bad… I’m going to sit and try to find the beauty in it and the learning lesson.”

Nikki’s mindset, she explained, has been about asking herself, “What tool from life am I supposed to take from here to conquer this and overcome it to make my path brighter and better?”

Disconnecting, Nikki revealed, has been her saving grace through the emotional rollercoaster. “I think what was the best for me was the disconnecting from so much,” she said. “To have been doing the work for so many years leading up that helped prep me and give me a great foundation.”

Despite the pain, Nikki ended with an empowering message to her fans, encouraging them to recognize their inner strength. “I just want you to know that you are so much stronger than you think.”

Nikki Garcia is showing that even in the darkest times, there’s always a path forward. Her honesty and strength are a reminder that healing is messy but powerful.
