WWE dropped a cryptic teaser on Monday’s RAW, and fans are convinced it’s pointing straight at former AEW star Penta El Zero Miedo. The quick video featured nothing but a zero with a line through it—enough to send wrestling Twitter into full detective mode.

The connection to Penta was instant for many. Known for his signature “Cero Miedo” (which means “Zero Fear”), Penta’s departure from AEW earlier this month fueled speculation that his WWE debut could be right around the corner.

Adding fuel to the fire, PWInsider reported, “The belief among those we’ve spoken with is that the video is for former AEW and Lucha Underground star Penta.”

It’s unclear exactly when Penta will step into a WWE ring, but all signs point to January 6—the date of RAW’s massive Netflix premiere. With WWE stacking the deck for that event, Penta’s dramatic debut would make perfect sense.

Meanwhile, Penta’s brother and long-time tag team partner, Rey Fenix, has also caught WWE’s attention. However, there’s a catch—AEW reportedly tacked on close to a year to Fenix’s contract due to missed time, delaying any reunion for now. Still, the belief is that once Fenix is free, he’ll be WWE-bound to join his brother.

If this cryptic tease is indeed Penta, WWE could be on the brink of a major addition to its roster. Fans are already bracing for his trademark swagger and “Zero Fear” mentality to light up RAW.
