Saturday Night’s Main Event is officially back, and WWE fans are snapping up tickets like it’s 1985.
The iconic event returns tonight, December 14, at the Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum in Long Island, NY, airing live at 8 p.m. ET on NBC and Peacock. With just hours to go, ticket sales are showing massive demand for this historic comeback.
According to WrestleTix’s latest report, only 196 tickets remain for tonight’s event out of the current setup of 14,865 seats. That’s 14,669 tickets already distributed, with an additional 35 sold in the past 24 hours. For comparison, the last WWE show at this venue—a Saturday Night’s Main Event-themed house show in September 2023—brought in 7,832 fans. This year’s event is set to nearly double that figure, thanks to the return of the legendary special.
This venue holds a special place in WWE history, as it hosted the very first Saturday Night’s Main Event back in 1985, a series that aired on NBC through 1991 and helped catapult WWE into mainstream success during the Rock ‘n’ Wrestling era. Tonight’s revival not only honors that legacy but also brings the excitement to a whole new generation of fans.
With a star-studded lineup and WWE’s knack for delivering unforgettable moments, it’s no wonder tickets are flying off the shelves. Resale activity is also strong, with 378 tickets currently available for fans looking to snag a last-minute seat to this sold-out spectacle.
