Saturday Night’s Main Event returned to the Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum in Uniondale, New Jersey. The night brought out some pro wrestling legends, and that gave a perfect opportunity for an epic photo-op.

CM Punk was not booked for Saturday Night’s Main Event, but he didn’t miss the show. During the show, he had a chance to log onto social media and blow fans minds a bit.

During the Saturday Night’s Main Event broadcast, several legends including Greg “The Hammer” Valentine, Coco Beware, Tito Santana, and Jimmy Hart were all introduced during the show. They were given love from the WWE fans in New Jersey and they all got a bit of face time on NBC.

During an Instagram story, CM Punk posted a photo of himself standing backstage with all those legends. It was quite a photo-op, and one that wouldn’t have happened if WWE didn’t hold this historic event in New Jersey.

We will have to see what is next for CM Punk when it comes to WWE storylines. He’s at odds with Seth Rollins, but things could get very interesting as we get closer to the road to WrestleMania 41. It was great to see Punk at Saturday Night’s Main Event, even if he wasn’t booked on the card.

CM Punk loves pro wrestling history, and he was certainly in the house in New Jersey for Saturday Night’s Main Event. Several legends were in the house as well, and Punk wanted to meet them.
