Trish Stratus is a WWE Hall of Famer and is recognized as one of the greatest female wrestlers of all time due to all her contributions to women’s wrestling in general. That is why it comes as no surprise she is set to be inducted into the Richmond Hill Sports Hall of Fame next year.

Trish Stratus has been announced as one of the 2025 inductees into the Richmond Hill Sports Hall of Fame in Canada. Located on the second floor of Elgin Barrow Arena in Richmond Hill, Ontario, the Hall of Fame honors athletes, teams, officials, and sports contributors who have had a significant impact on the local sports community. It features exhibits, memorabilia, and photos celebrating its inductees.

Trish Stratus will be inducted alongside former NHL star Michael Cammalleri, acclaimed hockey coach Mark Joslin, and community sports builder Brian Penrose. Additionally, two Community Sport Ambassadors, Mary Parkinson and Bruno Sposato, will be honored posthumously for their outstanding contributions and dedication to the local sports community. It was also added that the induction ceremony will be taking place on January 30th, 2025.

In the meantime, Trish Stratus has already hinted at making her WWE return for her 25th anniversary in professional wrestling. Nonetheless, this is undoubtedly a big honor for Stratus and fans feel she more than deserves it for all she has done for professional wrestling as a whole and that’s all that matters in the end.
