WWE is shaking up their rosters a bit with the transfer window. That being said, you never know who will show up on any show at this point.

During the December 13 SmackDown, Braun Strowman made his big return to WWE television. This went down with about 15 minutes to go in the first hour of the show. Carmelo Hayes took to the ring, and he was going to take on “the newest member of the SmackDown roster.”

Much to Hayes’ dismay, Braun Strowman’s music hit and the Monster Among Monsters came out to face him. This match didn’t last long, as Braun Strowman picked up the clean win after a powerslam.

It was previously reported that Braun Strowman was set to make his return to WWE SmackDown this week as Carmelo Hayes’ opponent. The former NXT Champion got mouthy with Nick Aldis during the December 6 SmackDown as he demanded a shot on the show and Aldis seemed to have something in mind.

Braun Strowman was able to beat Bronson Reed in a last monster standing match during the September 30 WWE RAW, but he was injured and taken out of action. It’s good to see that he is able to get out there even while recovering from injury.

What’s your take on Braun Strowman’s return to television? Will it move the needle for SmackDown? Let us know what you think in the comments section!
