The Rock is making a grand return to WWE, adding his star power to the Netflix premiere of WWE Raw on January 6, 2025. Fresh off his epic comeback at WWE Bad Blood in October, the Hollywood icon appears ready to make waves once again.
Speaking about his Bad Blood return, The Rock shared his long-term commitment to WWE. “I will always go back,” he said. “Not only to make appearances but help to expand the company.”
According to WrestleVotes, The Rock will be in the lineup for the debut Raw episode at the Intuit Dome in Los Angeles. Big names like Roman Reigns, Cody Rhodes, CM Punk, and John Cena are already confirmed, and the report teases more surprises.
WrestleVotes hinted that the January 6 show will be packed with legends. “Well, I don’t know, are you counting Rock as a surprise? Are you counting John Cena as a surprise? They’ll both be there,” they revealed. “I wouldn’t be surprised if Steve Austin showed up. I heard Shawn Michaels may make an appearance.”
On top of the stacked roster of legends, the night is expected to feature CM Punk taking on Seth Rollins—a match months in the making after their verbal jabs and tensions reached a boiling point.
With The Rock’s presence, plus appearances from other iconic WWE names, the Netflix debut of Raw promises to deliver an unforgettable spectacle.
