Sonya Deville has been an avid follower of having a healthy and fit lifestyle throughout her WWE career. Despite not being 100% healthy, Deville still showed up to do an intense workout and gave a good reason for doing so.

In a video posted by her on Instagram Stories, Sonya Deville can be seen in the Sauna. She announced that she had been sick for the last couple of days, so she decided to skip the heavy weightlifting session. Instead, Deville underwent more of a cardio session to sweat as much as she could, stating that she felt better sweating out while being sick.

The former WWE Women’s tag team champion stated, “I have been sick the last couple of days and I wasn’t feeling a full on weight lighting session … So I did some cardio, spent 30 mins on the Airdyne bike followed by 45 mins in the sauna and I feel so much better when I sweat while I am sick.”

Despite not being in the best health condition for the last few days, Sonya Deville has continued to appear on Monday Night RAW regularly and has been highly active on social media. Most recently, she went off with a rant about WWE’s decision to put Dakota Kai, a superstar with a huge history of injuries, in contention for the WWE Women’s Intercontinental Championship.
