It’s Tuesday night and you know what that means! The post-WWE NXT Deadline episode of NXT will go down tonight, and Ringside News has got you covered with live play-by-play results coverage for the December 10, 2024 episode.

The show opens up with a video package recapping this past Saturday night’s WWE NXT Deadline PLE. WWE Hall of Famer Booker T and Vic Joseph then welcomes us to the show and 2024 Women’s Iron Survivor Match winner “The Beautiful Madness” Giulia makes her way down to the ring to address the NXT Universe.
Giulia starts off by saying she’s the Women’s Iron Survivor, which means she’s going to do what she came to do at New Year’s Evil and that is win the NXT Women’s Championship from Roxanne Perez. Perez’s music then hits and she makes her way out. Perez says Giulia may have won the Women’s Iron Survivor Challenge, but she still isn’t on her level. Perez then says no one in the women’s division is on her level and the result will be the same at New Year’s Evil. Perez then says she’ll still be holding up the NXT Women’s Championship after the upcoming special. Cora Jade then appears and says Stephanie Vaquer won’t be coming down to the ring to save Giulia. We then see Stephanie Vaquer laid out backstage on the big screen, opening the door for Perez and Jade to blindside Giulia. Kelani Jordan’s music then hits and she makes her way down to the ring with a kendo stick in hand to even the odds. Giulia and Jade then clears Perez and Jade from the ring.
We then get video footage from after NXT Deadline of Ethan Page’s promo. We then see a shot of several wrestlers watching the promo in the backstage area while Page was seated on a couch looking depressed. Tony D’Angelo and The D’Angelo Family then shows up. D’Angelo then offers Page a shot at his NXT North American Championship. Page says it was a step down for him. D’Angelo then says he was trying to be a nice guy and he will open up the title shot to others. The wrestlers in the room then all stepped up and wanted the title shot. Page did as well and tells D’Angelo that he wanted the match. Page then says it wasn’t a step down for him and then says please. D’Angelo then tells Page that’s all he had to say.
Je’Von Evans then makes his way down to the ring for the first match of the night.
We then head to the back, where Lexis King tells Charlie Dempsey that he did some soul searching in Minneapolis and wants another shot at his NXT Heritage Cup. Dempsey then says he has already given him a shot and tells King to let him think about it. King then says that’s all he could ask for and then makes his exit. Wren Sinclair, Tavion Heights and Myles Borne then show up. Dempsey then praises Sinclair and says she showed that she belongs on top of the women’s division. OTM (Bronco Nima, Lucien Price and Jaida Parker) then show up. Nima and Price say they can bring the tag team titles home. Parker then says Sinclair should thank her because Sinclair would have never earned the final spot in the Iron Survivor Challenge match had she not taken an elbow from Lola Vice.
Wes Lee then makes his way down to the ring for the first match of the night.
The match starts off with Je’Von Evans and Wes Lee exchanging strikes with each other. Evans then delivers some right hands on Lee, but Lee returns the favor. Evans then sends Lee out of the ring and hits him with a tope suicida, then follows it up with right hands. Both men then get back inside the ring and Evans looks to fly off the top. Lee then intercepts him with a dropkick and delivers some shoulders on his midsection in the corner. Lee then pulls Evans out of the ring and sends him crashing into two of the barricades spine first, but Evans nails him with a hurricanrana and follows it up with a dropkick. Evans then looks to fly to land on Lee on the outside, but Lee intercepts him with a kick and flies over the top to land on him on the outside. Evans then nails Lee and delivers some right and left hands on his midsection. Evans then nails Lee with a clothesline and a back elbow, then follows it up with a spinning double roundhouse kick and a clothesline off the top. Evans then goes for a pin, but Lee kicks out. Evans then hits a right hand on Lee, but Lee returns the favor. Evans then hits Lee with a standing Spanish Fly and a powerbomb, then goes for a pin but Lee kicks out. Lee then goes for a pin on Evans, but the referee catches his feet on the ropes. Evans then sets up for a cutter off the top rope, but Lee sees him coming and nails him with a DDT. Lee then follows it up with a Kardiak Kick and goes for a pin, but Evans kicks out. Evans then hits a Tornillo on Lee off the top rope for the win.

We then head to the back, where WWE NXT Tag Team Champions Fraxiom (Nathan Frazer and Axiom) are having a conversation. Axiom says Frazer was close to winning the Men’s Iron Survivor Challenge. Frazer then boasts that they retained their titles. Axiom then apologizes to Frazer for being worried about Frazer competing in two matches. Axiom then says Frazer got his nose smashed, but he did it. Frazer then says he couldn’t breathe and owed Axiom for what he did during their tag match. Axiom is then upset about Oba Femi winning a match he wasn’t even supposed to be in. Axiom then says Frazer is his tag team partner and he will do anything for him. Frazer then says he had to make things right and will handle things.
Vic Joseph then announces Tony D’Angelo vs. Ethan Page for the NXT North American Championship and Roxanne Perez and Cora Jade vs. Giulia and Kelani Jordan in a Tag Team Match, which will be the show’s main event.
We then get a video package on Josh Briggs talking about his stay in Pro Wrestling NOAH. Briggs says Yoshiki Inamura impressed him. Inamura then says Briggs has fighting spirit like Stan Hansen. Inamura then says Briggs has a crazy side. Briggs then says he and Inamura clicked and he’s not dealing with childish antics like he did before. Briggs then says he didn’t want to be in a tag team again until he saw Inamura train in Japan. Inamura then says he and Briggs are ready to create chaos in NXT. Booker T then says he made a trip to Japan in 1991. Booker T then says you learn so much about yourself by doing so. Booker T then says Briggs is about to grow up.
We then see Sarah Schreiber standing outside of a medical room looking for an update on Stephanie Vaquer. Giulia and Kelani Jordan then emerges from the room and a graphic mistakenly listed Jordan as Vaquer. Giulia then yells in her native tongue and Jordan says they needed to get ready for their main event. We then see ZARIA and Sol Ruca standing in the women’s locker room and speak favorably about the Iron Survivor Challenge. Lash Legend and Jakara Jackson then interrupts them. Legend says ZARIA might have the other women shook, but ZARIA isn’t her. Ruca then says Legend won’t be saying that had she been in the Iron Survivor Challenge. Jackson then asks Ruca why she is sticking up for someone who wanted to rip her head off less than 48 hours ago.
Hank Walker and Tank Ledger then make their way down to the ring for the next match of the night and Tyriek Igwe and Tyson DuPont follow.
The match starts off with Tank Ledger and Tyson DuPont. DuPont hits a shoulder tackle on Ledger. Ledger then hits a crossbody on DuPont out of the corner, then tags in Walker. Igwe then tags in and nails Walker with a double shoulder tackle alongside DuPont. Igwe then hits a dropkick on Walker, then delivers some right hands on Igwe in the corner. Ledger then tags in and Walker hits Igwe with a Bulldog. Walker and Ledger then hit a double splash on Igwe, but Igwe sends Ledger’s head repeatedly bouncing off the top turnbuckle and hits a splash on him in the corner. Igwe then sends Ledger crashing into the mat and tags in DuPont. DuPont then hits a splash on Ledger and goes for a pin on him, but Ledger kicks out. DuPont then sends Ledger into the corner and hits a shoulder tackle on him, then tags in Igwe. Ledger then hits a back elbow on Igwe, then sends Ledger into the corner. DuPont then tags back in and hits a clothesline on Ledger in the corner. Walker then tags back in and sends DuPont into the corner, then hits a splash on Igwe off the ring steps on the outside and tags Ledger back in. Ledger and Walker then hit a double team move on DuPont for the win.

After the match, Ledger and Walker offer their hands to DuPont and Igwe. DuPont shakes them, but Igwe opts not to.
We then see the RAW on Netflix graphic. “The Ruler Of NXT” Oba Femi is then shown walking backstage. Vic Joseph says the Men’s Iron Survivor Challenge winner is coming up next.
2024 Men’s Iron Survivor Match winner “The Ruler Of NXT” Oba Femi then makes his way down to the ring to address the NXT Universe. Oba Femi starts off by saying he destroyed everyone in the Men’s Iron Survivor Challenge and in four weeks at New Year’s Evil, he will claim his rightful position as the ruler of NXT when he becomes NXT Champion. Femi then says he hasn’t crossed paths with Trick Williams, but they’ve both been dominating their respective divisions. Williams’ music then hits and he makes his way out. Before Williams can say anything, Eddy Thorpe’s music hits and he storms down to the ring to confront Femi about attacking him and taking his spot in the Men’s Iron Survivor Challenge. Femi then tells Thorpe to quiet down, then asks Thorpe if he saw him attack him. Thorpe then says he was attacked from behind, but he’s certain it was Femi with how hard he was hit. Femi then says he’s done wasting his time with Thorpe. Femi then looks to address Thorpe, but Williams cuts him off. Williams says he knows fans have been waiting to see him clash with Femi and the two of them haven’t talked much. Williams then says a legacy isn’t defined by how long you hold a title, but who you defeat and why you carry it. Femi then says the only reason that there is a Whoop That Trick era is because he allowed there to be one and the beginning of 2025 will be the end of his era. Femi then leaves and Thorpe gets in Williams face and questions why he didn’t press Femi more as a leader of the NXT locker room or give him an NXT Championship match after he was attacked. Thorpe then tells Williams that he used to think of him as a man of the people, but he’s a manufactured sports entertainer that wouldn’t last two weeks in the New Japan Pro-Wrestling dojos that he came up in. Williams then tells Thorpe to stop talking, then says he has no problem proving to everyone that he is what he says he is and that is the NXT Champion. Williams then offers to defend his title against Thorpe next week, then nails him and leaves the ring.
Fatal Influence (WWE NXT Women’s North American Champion Fallon Henley, Jacy Jayne and Jazmyn Nyx) are then shown backstage. Jayne says someone is obsessed with her. Henley then says she thought the person is back because of an obsession with her title. Nyx then says it doesn’t matter and they need to get rid of this person.
Tatum Paxley and Gigi Dolin are then shown walking backstage. Dolin reminds Paxley that Fatal Influence has the numbers advantage. Paxley then talks about having a friend. Izzi Dame then shows up and says she wants to run it back with Dolin. Shawn Spears, Brooks Jensen and Niko Vance then show up and wishes Paxley and Dolin good luck with their match. Spears then starts to make a pitch to Dame, but she blows him off and storms away. Spears then smiles.
Fatal Influence then make their way down to the ring for the next match of the night and Tatum Paxley and Gigi Dolin are already in the ring.
The match starts off with Jacy Jayne and Tatum Paxley. Jayne nails Paxley from behind. Jazmyn Nyx and Gigi Dolin then tag in and Dolin hits a scissor kick on Nyx’s head before Paxley follows it up with an elbow drop. Dolin then hits a dropkick on Nyx that sends her crashing out of the ring, but Nyx overpowers her and tags in Jayne. Jayne then continues beating Dolin down, then tags Nyx back in. Nyx then jams her boot into Dolin, then tags Jayne back in and hits a kick on her spine. Nyx then looks to hit a running senton, but Dolin moves out of the way and tags in Paxley. Paxley then nails Jayne with a clothesline, then hits one on Nyx and follows it up with a double underhook style suplex on Jayne. Paxley then stacks Jayne and Nyx in the corner, then hits a crossbody on both of them and climbs to the top. Nyx then distracts the referee, opening the door for Henley to push Paxley off the top and Jayne to hit a spinning right hand for the win.

After the match, Fatal Influence beat Paxley down. Dolin then looks to help Paxley out, but Fatal Influence overpowers her. Fatal Influence then continues beating Paxley and Dolin down, but Shotzi’s music hits and she makes her way down to the ring to even the odds.
We then head to the back, where Axiom tells Nathan Frazer that he went to Ava and got a match with Oba Femi for next week. Frazer then thanks Axiom. Frazer then says he felt bad about Axiom carrying him at Deadline and was going to tell him that he went to Ava and got them an NXT Tag Team Title match for next week. Axiom then says he will have to work two matches next week.
Ethan Page then makes his way down to the ring for the next match of the night, which is the WWE NXT North American Championship Match and Tony D’Angelo and The D’Angelo Family follows.
The match starts off with both men locking up. Page then hits a bodyslam on D’Angelo, but D’Angelo nails Page with a right hand and follows it up with a bodyslam of his own. D’Angelo then sends Page into the corner, then cinches in a side headlock on him and clotheslines both Page and himself out of the ring. D’Angelo then sends Page’s head bouncing off his knee and charges at him. Page then sends D’Angelo into the corner, then flies off the middle rope to land on him and goes for a pin. D’Angelo then kicks out, but Page hits him with a bodyslam. D’Angelo then hits a back suplex on Page and both men exchange right hands with each other. D’Angelo then nails Page with a couple of belly-to-belly suplexes and Page hits a kick on D’Angelo’s head. D’Angelo then nails Page with a spear and goes for a pin, but Page kicks out. Page then rolls up D’Angelo, but D’Angelo kicks out. Page then nails D’Angelo with a boot and goes for another pin, but D’Angelo kicks out and sends Page crashing into the corner spine first. D’Angelo then sends Page into the opposite corner and hits him with a clothesline, then follows it up with a powerbomb for the win.

We then head to the back, where Lexis King is with former NFL player Ryan Leaf. King says Leaf’s career didn’t work out, but he praises him for calling college football games on The CW and doing a lot for mental health. King also thanks Leaf for telling him to go to Minneapolis for Deadline. Charlie Dempsey then shows up and says he will give King a shot at the NXT Heritage Cup in two weeks if he has a workout with him and King agrees.
WWE NXT Women’s Champion “The Prodigy” Roxanne Perez and Cora Jade then make their way down to the ring for the main event of the night.
We then see Ethan Page leaving the building in his gear and he tells a camera person that he can’t do an interview. Page then says he has lost his way. Page then says he tells everyone he is All Ego, but he doesn’t think he is. Page then says he has no idea how to get back to the NXT Championship. Page then says he’s just lost and ashamed.
Vic Joseph then lists the following matches for next week’s show: Trick Williams vs. Eddy Thorpe for the NXT Championship, Nathan Frazer and Axiom vs. Mark Coffey and Wolfgang for the NXT Tag Team Titles, Oba Femi vs. Nathan Frazer and ZARIA and Sol Ruca vs. Lash Legend and Jakara Jackson.
Giulia then makes her way down to the ring for the main event of the night and is attacked by Roxanne Perez and Cora Jade. Kelani Jordan then makes her way and helps Giulia. Jordan then hits Perez and Jade with a dive from the ring to the floor. Jordan then rolls Perez inside the ring and follows, which leads to the referee calling for the bell to officially start the match.
The match starts off with Jordan continuing to wear down Perez. Giulia then tags in and gets in Perez’s face, but Perez blindsides her from behind and delivers some stomps on her in the corner thanks to a distraction from Jade. Jade then tags in and sends Giulia crashing into the middle rope face first, but Giulia tags out to Jordan. Giulia and Jordan then double team on Jade and Jordan hits an arm drag on Jade. Perez then tags in, but Jordan nails her with a couple of arm drags and a dropkick. Jordan then sends Perez into the opposite corner and tags in Giulia before Perez sends Jordan crashing out of the ring. Perez then hits a tope suicida on Jordan on the outside and tags in Jade. Jade and Perez then double team on Jordan and Jade goes for a pin on Jordan. Jordan then kicks out and Perez is tagged back in. Jordan then sends Jade out of the ring, then tags in Giulia. Giulia then nails Perez with a forearm, then follows it up with a Bear Hug suplex and goes for a pin. Perez then kicks out and sets up for Pop Rox, but Giulia escapes and hits a back suplex on Perez. Jordan then tags in and Giulia sends Perez crashing into the mat. Jordan then hits a splash off the top and goes for a pin on Perez, but Jade breaks the fall and sends Giulia out of the ring. Perez then rolls up Jordan, but Jordan kicks out and Perez nails her with a dropkick. Jade then tags in and looks to double team on Jordan with Perez, but Giulia trips Perez as she runs the ropes, opening the door for Jordan to nail Jade with a kick and fly over the top rope to land on her. Perez then hits the Pop Rox on Jordan on the outside, but Giulia nails her with a dropkick off the apron and brawls with her up the ramp. This then opens the door for Jade to hit a DDT on Jordan for the win.

After the match, Stephanie Vaquer’s music hits but she doesn’t appear on the ramp. Vaquer instead attacks Jade from behind and picks up her bat, then breaks it over her knee and chases her through the crowd.
We then head to the back and see Eddy Thorpe sign the contract for his NXT Championship match next week in Ava’s office as Ava stands by. Thorpe then reveals that he staged the attack on himself and took himself out of the Men’s Iron Survivor Challenge as a means of getting himself an NXT Championship Match and walks away much to Ava’s surprise and disbelief as the show comes to a close.
