Wrestling legend Kevin Nash is officially on the mend following surgery to repair a torn bicep. Fans received the update on the latest episode of Kliq This from co-host Sean Oliver, who shared that the procedure not only went well but also revealed more damage than initially anticipated.
“We’re without our spiritual leader, the great Kevin Nash,” Oliver said. “Kev did his surgery, it was successful, and there was some more damage in there than they thought, so they had to do some cleaning up. He’s recovering.”
Nash, who initially detailed his injury during a recent episode of his podcast, explained the grueling process leading up to the surgery. After feeling a snap in his shoulder during a workout, he tore his bicep while attempting a single-arm curl. Doctors performed a complex procedure, including suturing the tendon and addressing additional issues like a bone spur on his humerus.
Although Nash is in recovery, his optimism hasn’t wavered. Known for his humor and resilience, the WWE Hall of Famer has joked about the delay this injury has caused to other health treatments and personal goals, saying, “Looks like I’m not joining the PGA circuit until at least June.”
As Nash focuses on healing and taking time off from his usual commitments, fans are sending their support to the wrestling icon. The surgery may have revealed more damage, but it’s clear Nash is determined to come back stronger than ever.
