Jesse Ventura Reveals How Many Saturday Night’s Main Event Shows He’ll Call for WWE

Jesse “The Body” Ventura is back in the WWE spotlight, and fans are in for a treat! In an interview on The Bill Simmons Podcast, Ventura revealed he’s not just making a one-off appearance—he’s locked in to call all four of WWE’s Saturday Night’s Main Event specials in 2024.

“Handcuffs are off, I can say anything I want about anyone,” Ventura declared. “I am very excited about it. I don’t discuss finances, but it’s acceptable, and I’ll be doing four a year.”

Ventura’s highly anticipated return kicks off at the December 14th Saturday Night’s Main Event, airing live at 8/7c on NBC. Taking place at the Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum, the retro-themed event will pay homage to the original Saturday Night’s Main Event that debuted nearly 40 years ago.

Ventura, who signed a WWE Legends deal earlier this year, hasn’t graced the WWE commentary table in over a decade. His iconic wit and fearless commentary style made him a fan favorite during the show’s original run in the 1980s.
