The December 6 episode of WWE SmackDown left fans with more questions than answers, especially after LA Knight found himself ambushed by The Bloodline and embroiled in a heated U.S. Championship feud with Shinsuke Nakamura. Now, the former United States Champion is making it clear—he’s not backing down from anyone.
In a fiery address on The SmackDown LowDown, posted to WWE’s YouTube channel on December 7, LA Knight laid out his frustrations and his plans to reclaim what he lost. Speaking on the chaotic events from SmackDown, he pulled no punches.
“First championship, now what? Bloodline, Shinsuke Nakamura, everybody coming from every angle,” Knight began. “I lose the one thing that’s meant the most to me, which is the U.S. Championship, and you think, man, maybe I need a little time to regroup. No, no, no, I’m not gonna take any time to regroup.”
Knight didn’t just address Nakamura, who shockingly dethroned him at Survivor Series: WarGames. He also had a sharp warning for The Bloodline, particularly Solo Sikoa, Tama Tonga, and Jacob Fatu, who blindsided him during SmackDown.
“If I got to do it again, I will do it again,” Knight said of facing The Bloodline. “No matter which version of The Bloodline you bring in… it doesn’t make a difference.”
Knight made his mission crystal clear: “It’s gonna be me getting my piece of The Bloodline, and then it’s gonna be me getting a whole big chunk of Shinsuke Nakamura. And me getting that championship belt that belongs to this man as the one, the only true United States Champion.”
The stage is set for an intense showdown, as LA Knight juggles his rivalry with Nakamura and his renewed war with The Bloodline. Fans are eager to see how he’ll manage both battles, and if he can reclaim his rightful place as champion.
