AEW fans have been wondering about the mysterious absence of RUSH and Dralistico from La Faccion Ingobernable, and now the company has shed some light on their situation.
RUSH last wrestled at the November 14 AEW Collision taping, where he teamed up with The Beast Mortos in a losing effort against The Acclaimed’s Max Caster and Anthony Bowens. That match was a qualifier for the tag team title bout at AEW Full Gear. Since then, RUSH has been notably absent from AEW programming.
Meanwhile, Dralistico hasn’t been seen on AEW TV since the October 30 AEW Rampage taping. In that match, he joined forces with RUSH and Mortos to defeat BEEF, JD Drake, and The Butcher in an intense six-man tag bout. While missing from AEW, Dralistico made a surprise return to the ring at the Arena Del Valle Lucha Libre event on December 1.
During the December 7 episode of AEW Collision, the broadcast team addressed their absences, revealing, “RUSH and Dralistico are at home with family matters.” No further details were shared, leaving fans with more questions than answers about the duo’s current status.
For now, AEW hasn’t announced when RUSH and Dralistico will return to action. The company seems to be keeping the door open, but it’s unclear how their storyline with La Faccion Ingobernable will continue once they’re back.
AEW loyalists will need to stay tuned as more updates come in about these two enigmatic stars.
