The legends of WWE are stepping back into the spotlight in a big way with the announcement of WWE LFG (Legends & Future Greats), a new competition series set to debut on A&E in early 2025. The show will see WWE icons like Triple H, The Undertaker, Shawn Michaels, Booker T, Mickie James, and Bubba Ray Dudley mentoring aspiring wrestlers as they compete for a coveted WWE contract.

The series promises to blend intense in-ring competition with behind-the-scenes drama, giving fans an up-close look at what it takes to make it in WWE. Participants will learn from the very best, as these legendary figures share their expertise, both in the ring and in navigating the business.

A&E Networks president of programming Rob Sharenow spoke about the show’s unique approach, saying, “WWE LFG will give viewers a raw, ground-up, 360-degree view of what it truly takes to make it in the WWE. From total unknowns to legends, this series combines in-ring action, behind-the-scenes reality, high-stakes drama, and some of WWE’s greatest icons all in one package.”

The return of these legendary mentors isn’t just exciting for the participants—it’s a thrill for fans who’ve grown up watching these stars dominate the ring. Seeing names like The Undertaker and Shawn Michaels guide the next generation of talent adds a nostalgic yet fresh layer to the show’s concept, reminiscent of the popular Tough Enough series.
