WWE’s partnership with Netflix is already shaping up to be one of the biggest moves in the company’s history.

During a special presentation at Netflix HQ on December 3, WWE Chief Creative Officer Paul “Triple H” Levesque joined WWE President Nick Khan and Netflix executives to discuss the game-changing deal. Hosted by WWE broadcaster Michael Cole, the panel highlighted how this partnership will revolutionize WWE’s global reach.

For fans outside the U.S., Netflix will become the streaming home for RAW, SmackDown, NXT, and premium live events starting in January 2025. Triple H emphasized the monumental impact of this shift, saying, “It’s mind-boggling to me, the moment of us hitting Netflix. I don’t think people truly understand what that means outside of the U.S.… Now it’s this one-stop shop.”

But Triple H didn’t stop there. He boldly declared that today’s WWE era surpasses even the legendary Attitude Era in terms of scale and impact. Responding to Michael Cole’s reference to the Attitude Era as “the biggest and most robust era,” Triple H disagreed, saying, “I don’t think that is accurate anymore. I think it’s right now.”

The former WWE Champion added, “I was in the Attitude Era at the peak of it… We didn’t realize what it was in the moment. Having seen that, I see this, and I see it way bigger. This is a different moment of time in the business. At the end of it, it’s going to be called the Netflix Era because that’s where the big change is.”

Despite Triple H’s humility, Michael Cole insisted on dubbing this new chapter “the Triple H Era,” playfully replying, “You’re not going to stop me from saying Triple H Era.”

WWE’s official Netflix debut kicks off with Monday Night RAW on January 6, 2025, live from the Intuit Dome in Inglewood, California. For international fans, this marks the beginning of an unprecedented era, where all WWE programming will be available in one place, anytime, anywhere.
