WWE’s NXT brand brought a packed show for their December 3 episode on The CW. That being said, the whole episode didn’t air without issues.

Many fans in certain regions were locked out of watching NXT live this week. Local sports preempted the show, forcing those fans to wait until 10:00 or 11:00 PM to watch what happened during the show. That was not ideal in the slightest, but they had to wait.

That was not the only issue that NXT faced this week. They also had a bad timing issue for the show. During the closing moments of the show, right after Roxanne Perez riled up the NXT women’s division and caused a brawl, Vic Joseph made mention of something breaking going on in the locker room.

Sadly, many fans saw the show cut off after Vic Joseph said that. They didn’t get to see that Eddy Thorpe was taken out backstage. Instead, their CW cut right to the local news.

WWE’s NXT brand has experienced a lot of issues since arriving on the CW. The local network puts their news over anything else, and they are not giving NXT any sort of overrun at all. Also, local sports are apparently going to cause an ongoing issue for a lot of fans.

Also, The CW isn’t offering replays of NXT on their site until the next day, leaving those fans waiting even longer to see what happened this week. Needless to say, there is a lot of justified anger right now at NXT’s new television home.

We will have to see how Shawn Michaels and his crew fixes these issues, but many fans are upset at the CW since things started for them in October. The problems with The CW on NXT seem to be a weekly issue at this point.
