Layla Eyes Short Program with Chelsea Green and Piper Niven in Potential WWE Return

Layla has accomplished a lot during her 9-year tenure in WWE and she eventually retired from in-ring competition. Even then, this doesn’t rule out the possibility of Layla making a return to WWE for a potential feud. She has now expressed interest in coming back to work alongside Chelsea Green and Piper Niven, sharing her desire to work with the talented duo.

While speaking on the No Name Wrestling Podcast, Layla was asked to name any female Superstar in the company with whom she wants to start a program. The former Women’s Champion shared her admiration for Chelsea Green and Piper Niven, praising their talent and making it clear a short program with them could happen.

“I love watching Chelsea Green and Piper Niven. I love their work. They’re great. I think that could work. I think we could have probably have a small run with them. Chelsea and Piper, I would definitely love to see that happen. “

As for Chelsea Green’s current career trajectory, she has advanced in the Women’s United States Championship tournament and is one step closer to making history as the first-ever Women’s United States Champion.
