WWE’s monumental move to Netflix in 2025 has fans and critics speculating about what lies ahead for the sports entertainment juggernaut. While the TV-14 rating and promise of unfiltered content have sparked excitement, Triple H made it clear during the Survivor Series post-show that some of WWE’s plans are still “up in the air.”

When asked by CBS Sports Radio’s Fred Sloan about what fans can expect from WWE’s transition to Netflix, Triple H kept his response grounded but optimistic. “There’s a lot of speculation about what we’re going to go to and how it’s going to be at Netflix, and the truth is we’ll all just have to wait and see,” he said.

Triple H pointed out that live programming on platforms like Netflix is still evolving, referencing the platform’s recent success with the Mike Tyson vs. Jake Paul fight. “It did incredible numbers,” he noted, adding that WWE’s live content could bring similar groundbreaking results.

What’s certain, according to Triple H, is that WWE will continue to focus on what it does best: storytelling and athleticism. “If we do our jobs well, [fans] will get that same level of storytelling and athletics that make WWE as big as it is,” he said. He highlighted WWE’s unmatched output of live programming, from Raw to SmackDown and NXT, along with Premium Live Events and special shows like Saturday Night’s Main Event.

While the details may still be unfolding, Triple H emphasized that the move to Netflix could be a “game changer” if WWE continues to deliver on its signature blend of drama and action. “The platform is so big for us, I believe, that as long as we continue to deliver the way we’ve delivered in 2024, it’s a game changer for us,” he said.

As WWE prepares to enter uncharted territory with Netflix, fans are left to wonder: Will this new partnership redefine WWE’s legacy? Or will it mark a bold new chapter for the company?
