The Rock was last seen at the end of the Bad Blood Premium Live Event and this made fans wonder whether he would end up appearing at Survivor Series this week in some capacity. That did not end up happening and now The Rock has revealed his whereabouts following his absence.

The Rock took to his Instagram and uploaded a post, revealing that he paid a visit to the Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam in Oahu, Hawaii in order to spend time with soldiers and their families, stating that it was an honor.

The Great One thanked all the military men and women and their families for their service. He enjoyed meeting them, shaking hands, and sharing hugs, selfies, and emotional moments. He ended by saying, “God bless you and your families,” and added that he will always be proud to support the military and value freedom.

My absolute honor to once again come back to scared land, and spend time with our soldiers and their families at JOINT BASE PEARL HARBOR-HICKAM here in Oahu, Hawaii 🇺🇸 Boundlessly grateful to all our military men and women & their families for their service.

Many fans were hoping to see The Rock make a surprise return at the end of Survivor Series, especially after Roman Reigns’ Bloodline defeated Solo Sikoa’s Bloodline in the Men’s WarGames match. This expectation grew when Reigns’ team celebrated for a long time, hinting that something big might happen, but it never did.

Although The Rock didn’t appear at the Survivor Series Premium Live Event, there’s still plenty of time before the Road to WrestleMania begins. It’s likely that The Great One will appear on the debut episode of Monday Night RAW on Netflix next year, especially since he has unfinished business with Cody Rhodes. Therefore, we’ll have to see how The Rock’s return will be received by fans once he does come back.
