Nia Jax’s second run in WWE has received unanimous praise since she returned last year. However, her performance during Survivor Series led to a ton of backlash and she has now responded to a critic who claimed she was sloppy in the ring.
The Survivor Series Premium Live Event featured the Women’s WarGames match as Rhea Ripley’s team was pitted against Nia Jax’s team in a battle for supremacy. While Ripley picked up the win for the team, the biggest talking point was Nia Jax’s performance, as many criticized her for simply not caring enough.
One fan took to Twitter and commented on a post about Nia Jax’s performance during the WarGames match. The fan stated that while they love Jax, they feel that Jax is too concerned about harming her opposites, so her moves look fake or sloppy.
“I love Nia but there are times where she is too worried about harming her opponents, so the move kinda looks fake or sloppy. She improved though.”
Nia Jax saw the fan’s tweet and decided to respond to it as she simply stated that she enjoys the reactions that she is able to evoke from such critics, saying, “lol!!! I love the emotions I evoke from you all. Thank you!”
Nia Jax faced criticism for her chair shots during the match, as many fans felt they lacked impact. Some also considered her overall movement in the match slow. However, everyone has off days, and Jax is no exception—she’s human at the end of the day. Despite the backlash, Jax has made it clear she doesn’t care about such criticism, and that isn’t going to change.
