Arianna Grace sees herself as the most perfect person on NXT television, believing she embodies the proper etiquette and manners of a true lady. That is precisely why she called out American fans for their lack of portion control during Thanksgiving.

On the occasion of Thanksgiving, Arianna Grace took to Twitter and uploaded a video, where she called out American fans for not controlling their portions during Thanksgiving. She reminded people that Thanksgiving is about being thankful, but also about being careful not to overeat.

Grace talked about how people often load up their plates with too much food, especially gravy, which she called “the mucous of the food world.” Grace pointed out that not everyone has enough food to eat, so it’s important not to waste it. She suggested starting with small portions and eating slowly to avoid overeating. She ended by wishing everyone a happy Thanksgiving and encouraging them to be mindful of how much they eat.

“We give thanks to me for making you all better people. Being thankful is not gross, it’s grace. But what is gross is the lack of portion control that goes on during the Holiday season. So as you load up your gravy, which is basically the mucous of the food world under mountains of mashed potatoes and continue to eat yourself into a food coma, remember, not everybody has the luxury of food today. So don’t be disgraceful and wasteful. Exercise portion control. Start with small amounts and work your way up. You don’t want to clog your last artery, you’re welcome. Happy Thanksgiving.”

This isn’t even the first time Arianna Grace called out people during a holiday, as she urged people not to eat candy during Halloween last month. Arianna Grace is committed to making sure people embrace a healthy lifestyle, one that they won’t regret in the future, and she says that’s something that will never change.
