Mercedes Mone was feeling very full of herself after Full Gear 2024 after she defeated Kris Statlander, but that didn’t last long. She took the stage during the November 27 episode of AEW Dynamite, and then she lost her backup in the process.

Kamille debuted for AEW and soon found herself at Mercedes Money’s side. This was a good role for her, but she also took some abuse from Mone in the process.

While some fans were expecting Kamille to turn on Mercedes Mone, she took another tactic. The former NWA Women’s Champion quit instead.

Mercedes Mone cut a promo on the Chicago crowd at the Wintrust Arena this week, and they didn’t respond to her very well. Then she turned her attention to Kamille, but her bodyguard had another announcement in store.

Instead of outright turning on Mercedes Mone, Kamille simply quit. This was a big shocker, and then she pulled off a well-deserved microphone drop.

We will have to see what happens to Mercedes Mone from this point on. She certainly doesn’t have the same advantage that she did while Kamille was by her side.
