WWE only had one more episode of RAW left before Survivor Series: WarGames 2024. The Desert Diamond Arena in Glendale, Arizona was packed with fans to see what would happen, and that included New Day versus Alpha Academy with a shocking result.

The New Day faced off against Alpha Academy during the November 25 WWE RAW, but they lost the match. In the end, it was the New Day miscommunication that caused a disruption for the two.

After the match, Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods argued as they left the ring. Woods yelled about running the play, as he tagged himself in that caused them to lose in the end. The camera also followed them backstage as Kofi Kingston yelled at Woods about his recent failures.

Although the New Day is celebrating their 10-year anniversary next week on the December 2 episode of WWE RAW, there has been some trouble in the ranks. Teases of a split have crept into the storyline in recent memory, and that added even more drama to the fact that they were closing out the RAW before Survivor Series.

Kofi Kingston then said that there was a reason why he and Big E never let him run his own plays, because he took too many risks. Xavier Woods then said that he was the reason why Kofi became WWE Champion, because he pushed him to take risks. Kofi then fired back to say that he was a Hall of Famer before he even met him. Then Kingston dragged Xavier for never holding a singles championship of his own. Woods then called Kofi out for dropping the ball in his title loss to Brock Lesnar.

It appears that the New Day are at a fracturing point. That makes next week’s segment with their 10-year anniversary even more interesting. After this explosion between the New Day, WWE simply tweeted out a bunch of broken heart emojis.
