WWE Airs Women’s Intercontinental Title Announcement Taped Before 11/25 RAW

WWE SmackDown is getting a new United States Title for their Women’s Division, and now the red brand is getting the same. Prior to the November 25 WWE RAW, it was announced that a Women’s Intercontinental Title is coming, and now we have more details.

In the video segment which aired during RAW, Adam Pearce praised the RAW Women’s Division for putting their blood, sweat, and tears into their work. Then he revealed the brand-new Women’s Intercontinental Title. He also said that a tournament will start next week during the December 2 WWE RAW, and those women will have to put their blood, sweat, and tears into the tournament if they want to hold the new title.

This announcement received a fantastic reception from the crowd. The RAW women’s division certainly deserves this secondary title.

WWE RAW has no shortage of amazingly talented female performers. Rhea Ripley may be a top contender, but any member of Pure Fusion Collective, and even The Wyatt Sicks’ Nikki Cross, could walk away as champion. This is certainly an interesting time to be a pro wrestling fan.

Right now, they are holding a WWE Women’s United States Title Tournament on SmackDown. The brackets for that tournament were revealed a couple of weeks ago, and it is in full motion. Only time will tell who is the first to hold both of these exciting new titles in WWE.
