AEW Full Gear’s main event was chaotic from start to finish, as Jon Moxley successfully retained his AEW World Title against Orange Cassidy. After the match, a lot of top talent were involved in numerous angles and AEW’s strategy behind the same has been revealed.
After the match, Moxley held Cassidy while Yuta poured cleaning solution into his eyes. “Hangman” Adam Page came to the ring with a chair, hit Yuta, and stared Moxley down. Christian Cage appeared and hit the Killswitch on Moxley and Page handed Cage his contract for an AEW World Championship match before leaving. Jay White showed up, and hit a Blade Runner on Cage, but Castagnoli attacked White from behind and helped Moxley leave with Shafir, Yuta, and PAC.
The Death Riders tried to leave in their pickup truck, but another car crashed into it. They switched to a different car, but Darby Allin came out of the car that crashed and smashed their windshield with a skateboard. A group of people came to calm Allin down as the show came to an end with such an intense series of events.
