WWE Hall of Famer Trish Stratus, who has been absent from the ring for some time, has sparked speculation about a potential return. Ahead of the final episode of Monday Night RAW before WWE’s Survivor Series: WarGames Premium Live Event (PLE) at the Desert Diamond Arena in Glendale, AZ, Stratus teased fans with a cryptic hint on social media.
Posting a video on her Instagram, Stratus captioned it simply “Monday” with the date “11.25.24,” suggesting a major surprise could be on the horizon. Adding to the anticipation, the video featured her wearing her signature all-black hat, robe, and gear—reminiscent of her iconic in-ring attire and walking in style with the background song “Darkside”, possibly at bringing back her heel persona that she resurrected during her last tenure in 2023 as an in-ring performer.
While no official confirmation has been made regarding her return, the clues have fueled speculation among fans. Stratus, a 7-time WWE Women’s Champion, last appeared on WWE programming during the Money in the Bank PLE, where she served as the event’s host.
Stratus did mention a few months ago that she would consider a return to WWE if it could create a meaningful impact on the new generation and resonate with fans. With women’s wrestling reaching new heights, her return could be a strategic move to draw significant attention.
Moreover, with Trish also teasing interest in battling the current crop of WWE talent, this potential appearance could be the start of another run as an in-ring competitor, following her last tenure that ended last year at WWE Payback with an epic rivalry against The Man Becky Lynch.
