The November 20 AEW Dynamite delivered a packed show leading up to Saturday’s Full Gear pay-per-view, but one unexpected surprise had fans buzzing—former WWE star Gene Snitsky was in the house!

Snitsky, best remembered for his run with WWE from 2003 to 2008, took to social media to share his excitement about attending the event. “THANKS @aew @tonyrkhan @chrisjerichofozzy @sheltyb803 @princekingnana for the gracious welcome this evening!” Snitsky wrote. He cheekily added his signature line, “ITS NOT MY FAULT You guys rock!!!!!”

The veteran wrestler, who also had a brief stint in TNA and more recently appeared in MLW, seemed thrilled to soak in the AEW atmosphere. His social media post suggested that he received a warm welcome from some of AEW’s biggest names, including Tony Khan, Chris Jericho, Shelton Benjamin, and Prince Nana.

Though his appearance didn’t involve stepping into the ring, fans are now speculating if this visit could lead to something more in the future. With Snitsky’s history of playing a heel and his larger-than-life persona, AEW could certainly find a way to use his talents should he choose to get involved.
