The Rock has enjoyed a tremendous career in Hollywood outside WWE, and he’s also teased a jump into politics. While some fans say they would vote for The Rock if he ran for President of the United States, he hasn’t declared his name on the ticket just yet. Kane knows a thing or two about politics, and he was happy to weigh in.

Glenn Jacobs has been doing the political thing for a long time now, as Mayor of Knox County, Tennessee. He knows that it takes a lot to run for office, and maintain that seat once you’ve captured it. That being said, he isn’t going to count The Rock out for anything.

While speaking to Going Ringside, Kane was asked whether he believes that The Rock could run for office at this point. The WWE Hall of Famer laughed a bit as he answered, and it seems that he had a wise warning for The Final Boss.

“If I were him I wouldn’t. Politics is incredibly contentious and toxic right now. Everybody likes Dwayne, no matter where you are in the political spectrum, because he’s a great entertainer. He’s just a good guy. You gotta remember that no matter what you say in politics, 50% of the people are just gonna knee-jerk disagree with ya, and you’re just really gonna tick some folks off. I’ve had to deal with that, obviously. So, if I were him, I’d advise him not to do that personally.”

We will have to see what The Rock does. He is very busy with Hollywood, and he has a few business ventures as well. He’s strayed away from the political arena, but you can never say never as far as Dwayne Johnson is concerned.

Right now, WWE fans are keeping their eyes peeled for The Rock to show up on television once again. He made it clear that he’s keeping his eye on The Bloodline’s activities, so only time will tell what he does next.

As for WWE representation in the White House, WWE Hall of Famer Donald Trump won the 2024 U.S. Presidential Election, something that Kane celebrated. So, he will resume his duties in the Oval Office in January. We will have to see if The Rock pays Trump a visit.
