Undisputed WWE Champion “The American Nightmare” Cody Rhodes’ music then hits and he makes his way down to the ring to address the WWE Universe.
Cody Rhodes looks really angry and focused as video footage from last week’s piledriver angle was shown. Rhodes then wastes no time in calling out Kevin Owens and says he crossed quite the line last week. Rhodes then demands that Owens come to the ring, but SmackDown General Manager Nick Aldis instead comes down to the ring and says he understands that Rhodes is angry. Aldis then says no one knows better than him how long it takes to get to WWE and while people will do what it takes to win titles and make money, Owens crossed a line by attacking Randy Orton and he can’t have him present. Rhodes then says Aldis is making a martyr of him, but Aldis cuts Rhodes off and says this isn’t about money. Aldis then says this is about sending a message to the rest of the roster and the matter will be resolved internally. Rhodes then says he knows Aldis has to be objective as a General Manager, but under the suit, he knows that Aldis is still a wrestler. Rhodes then tells Aldis to imagine being in his shoes in the back of the ambulance calling Orton’s family. Rhodes then says WrestleMania 40 was a highlight of his life and during the Premium Live Event, Orton told him that he was proud of him. Rhodes then says he will cherish that moment forever because that’s what Orton means to him and now he’s sidelined with an injury because of him. Rhodes then asks Aldis what he expects him to do to Owens and says the ball in Aldis’ court, but he won’t be waiting long. Rhodes then drops the mic and his music hits to end the segment.
We then head to the back, where Jimmy Uso is walking and he runs into Jey Uso and Sami Zayn. Jimmy says Roman Reigns is on the way and he wants everyone to meet in the same room together later. Zayn then says there is someone he can ask when it comes to who the fifth member of their team will be at WarGames. Zayn then tells The Usos he will catch them later.
Bayley then makes her way down to the ring for the first match of the night and B-Fab and Candice LeRae follow.
The match starts off with LeRae nailing Bayley. LeRae then nails B-Fab, but B-Fab nails her and delivers some right hands on her. B-Fab then hits a kick on LeRae’s head and nails Bayley on the apron, then nails both Bayley and LeRae with a double clothesline. Bayley then hits an elbow drop to the back of B-Fab’s neck off the middle rope and goes for a pin. B-Fab then kicks out and the three women exchange right hands with one another. Bayley and B-Fab then delivers some right hands on LeRae, but LeRae nails them both and teeters on the ropes with B-Fab. LeRae then pushes B-Fab off the ropes, but Bayley joins her up there and looks to hit her with a superplex. B-Fab then pulls both women down and hits them with a powerbomb. LeRae then goes for a pin on Bayley, but B-Fab breaks the fall and LeRae delivers some right hands on her. Bayley then sends LeRae crashing into the turnbuckle, but B-Fab hits a slam on Bayley. B-Fab then sends LeRae onto the apron, but Bayley rolls her up for the win.

Knight starts off by saying “Let me talk to ya!.” Knight then says everyone is looking for his United States Title. Knight then says Zayn asked him to join the Bloodline Civil War. Knight then says it wasn’t his fight and he doesn’t need it or want it. Knight then says if the Bloodline just destroyed each other, he will be fine with that. Knight then says he isn’t going to defend his championship two times a year like Logan Paul did and instead issues an open challenge for his United States Championship. Santos Escobar then makes his way down to the ring with the rest of Legado Del Fantasma. Escobar then grabs a microphone and asks Knight why he can’t say something cool and interesting. Escobar then tells the crowd it sounds like they are from a different planet. Escobar then says it should be, “Es. Co. Bar. Si!” Escobar then says it’s time for someone to shut Knight up. Escobar then says since Elektra Lopez is going to bring the Women’s United States Title to Legado Del Fantasma, he wants to do the same for the men. Knight then says he already beat Escobar, so he can give Berto a shot. Knight then says he will beat Berto just like his Daddy. Knight then tells Berto not to get any ideas, because the only one who could call him Daddy was Elektra. Knight then says while Lopez is calling him Daddy, Berto is screaming Uncle. After the match, Knight celebrates and taunts Santos Escobar. As Knight is climbing down from the turnbuckles, he is met by Shinsuke Nakamura, who hits Knight with some quick strikes and leaves Knight laying in the ring. Corey Graves then calls Nakamura the “Fallen Samurai” as Nakamura wore some red face paint over his eyes.
We then head to the back, where Sami Zayn informs Jimmy Uso and Jey Uso that his WarGames recruit didn’t end up panning out. The trio then enter Roman Reigns’ dressing room.
A video hyping up the Royal Rumble in Indianapolis is then shown.
The Usos and Sami Zayn are then shown standing in Roman Reigns’ locker room and Reigns walks in. Zayn says they had been to RAW and SmackDown and there is nobody who wants to work with The Bloodline. Jey Uso then asks Roman if he made that call. Solo Sikoa’s music then hits and Sikoa and his Bloodline make their way down to the ring. Reigns then stands up and leaves his dressing room. Zayn and The Usos then follow him.
We then head to ringside, where Solo Sikoa demands Milwaukee to acknowledge him, but before he can continue, Roman Reigns’ music hits and he makes his way down to the ring alongside The Usos and Sami Zayn. All eight men then begin to brawl and Jey flies to land on Tama Tonga and Tonga Loa. Jacob Fatu then takes Jimmy and Jey Uso down as Sikoa looks to hit a Samoan Spike on Zayn. Reigns then hits a spear on Sikoa and stares down Fatu, but Bronson Reed attacks Reigns from behind to reveal himself as the fifth member of The Bloodline’s WarGames team. We then see a video posted by Kevin Owens on social media. Owens says he arrived to the arena, but he was turned away for what he did to Orton last week. Owens then says it is messed up because all he did was show up when Orton told him to show up. Owens then says he got a call from Nick Aldis asking him to be on next week’s SmackDown in Salt Lake City. Owens then says he shouldn’t show up, but he will and he will do so for himself. Owens then says when he shows up, he will just be doing his job.
The Street Profits then make their way down to the ring for the next match of the night and The Motor City Machine Guns follow.
The match starts off with Chris Sabin and Montez Ford. Both men lock up and Alex Shelley tags in and hits an Atomic Drop on Ford. Motor City Machine Guns then double team on Ford, but Ford nails Shelley with a clothesline and tags in Dawkins. Dawkins then hits a pounce on Shelley over the announce desk on the outside. Ford and Sabin then tag in. Sabin then hits a dropkick on Dawkins’ knee, then follows it up with a hurricanrana on Ford off the ropes and sends him out of the ring. Shelley then hits a running knee on Dawkins off the rope and Sabin flies off the apron with a cannonball to land on Ford. Shelley then tags in and the Motor City Machine Guns double team on Ford. Shelley then goes for a pin on Ford, but Ford kicks out.
